Imperial cities, mountain landscapes, ancient kasbahs, and the golden dunes of the Sahara. From the blue streets of Chefchaouen to the energy of Marrakech.
Day 1 Tangier to Chefchaouen to Fes. Begin in Tangier, the gateway between Europe and Africa. Travel through the Rif Mountains to Chefchaouen and its blue-painted streets, then continue to Fes in the evening.
Day 2 Discover Fes. Panoramic viewpoints, artisan workshops, the medina, souks, and historical quarters of one of the world’s oldest medieval cities.
Day 3 Fes to Merzouga via Ifrane and the Middle Atlas cedar forests (Barbary macaques). Camel ride across the Erg Chebbi dunes at sunset, then an evening in the desert camp under the stars.
Day 4 Sunrise over the Sahara. Todra Gorge and its towering canyon walls, then on through palm groves and Berber villages to the Dades Valley.
Day 5 Dades Valley to Marrakech via the Valley of Roses and Ait Ben Haddou. Cross the High Atlas via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Evening at Jemaa el-Fnaa Square.
Day 6 Final morning in Marrakech. Souks, monuments, and gardens depending on your flight, then airport transfer.
